Images and photos owned by “Gaming_Templates” or “Imperium” are free to use shown by the following

Free to use for editorial purposes, such as your website, blogs, or online.

Free to use for commercial purposes, such as having it in the background in an ad, to sell or promote a product (not the image itself)

Not for retail purposes, you may not sell any images owned by gaming templates or imperium for any reason. Nor can you sell the design or use the design on products and sell them.

You may use the images to photoshop, edit, or be creative in some way. You may resell altered images or designs as long as they do not resemble the original.

Images are available to be used privately and publicly (such as a phone wallpaper or a social media’s profile picture)

You may not take credit for the designs, always give credit to the original source, whether that be any social media platforms or website.

You may not compile, save, gather or put together our images to distribute, giveaway, or form a similar or competing service using our images.

Gaming temp or imperium will not take credit from images owned by others, such as images that were used in photoshop to make a new image. In this case the images are not gaming temp or imperiums to license but have been used to make an entirely new image.

Using The Service

You acknowledge by using our images, that you are to only use them for the intended purposes.

You may not redistribute, sell or build up a similar/competing service using our images in any way, unless granted permission by us.

By posting your designs/work on our platforms, you are giving out a license for us to redistribute your work, and you are confirming the design or work belongs to you and you have the right to do so. We do not take credit for your work nor will we be held responsible for what you post. You will be held liable for your own actions.

You acknowledge the license agreement may, can and will change at anytime, and so will our Tos.

Designers

Designers on our platforms may receive compensation for their own designs they customize for our members.

We are not responsible for what the designers make or do.

Designers will be punished within our power if confirmed they are in the wrong.

We do not control what the designers charge for their work nor do we influence it, designers are responsible for their own prices and money.

We are not responsible if a designer handles a transaction poorly and gets scammed, however we may handle the situation within our own power.

Designers on our platforms may not direct people to a competitive service, they may only advertise their social media or websites when/while supplying or posting their art on our platforms.
